Like how fluffy things might
be. One time I woke up and didn’t have a
single thing to think about. After I
flushed the toilet, I started to make lists in my head that included things
like, “I wonder how far the universe has expanded since I went to bed,” “How
about that curling meet?” and “Have to get more toilet paper.” It dawned on me that I had many things to
think about. Try this little experiment:
(1) go to bed, (2) go to sleep, (3) wake up, and (4) start thinking. You’ll be amazed at how effective this is.
